A newly released video shows a Tesla driving into oncoming traffic on Cactus Road in Scottsdale, leading to a head-on collision with a dump truck. The crash triggered a chain reaction that ended with the truck striking a block wall, and both the Tesla and truck drivers were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
